High Depth
Artist Reflection:
1. I feel like the first picture is the strongest picture of this project. The photo is very vibrant and colorful, and it has a nice tone of red to compliment the red plant in the snow. I also feel like the focus was well done as well.
2. I feel like the last picture was the weakest photo because, it doesn't clearly portray low depth of field completely.
3. The weakest image can be improved by setting the focus, to completely portray the low depth of field.
4. I used Photoshop to edit my images, and I used color balance for the first and the second images. I also used levels, saturation, contrast, and vibrancy.
5. Although I didn't use a shutter to capture high and low depth of field, using focus was easier than using the shutter in my opinion. In addition, capturing high depth of field was easier, because focusing the camera to one subject was easier than having the camera focus on a farther subject.
6. Looking for subjects was easy in this assignment, because of the snow.
7. Capturing low depth of field in the snow was difficult about this project.
8. If I were to do this assignment again, I'd look for different subjects to make the project more diverse.
9. I would rate my effort a 7. It was difficult looking for subjects because it was fairly cold outside, however I wanted to capture a different type of subject for this project.
