Texture

Artist Reflection:
1. I believe the first picture of the tree stump is the best shot because it clearly shows the textures of the tree.
2. The worst shot of the assignment is the last picture, the plant. I don't think the camera focuses on the plant completely, giving it more of a focus, than a textured picture.
3. The weakest photo could be improved by moving the camera in a different angle/ taking a closer shot,.
4.   I used photoshop to edit all three shots. I used contrasts, levels, black and white filters, and vibrance.
5. I did my best to do closeups for each shot, to capture the texture of each subject. The lighting was essential because, the lighter the source was, the better it was to capture the texture of the subject.
6. The assignment was easy, in terms of looking for things to shoot.
7. Capturing the texture of certain subjects was difficult and I had to keep doing different angles, looking for different stuff to shoot.
8. If I could redo this assignment, I would look for easier subjects to take pictures of, or try to take the shot from a closer angle.
9.  I would rate my effort of the project, an 8 because I didn't take enough pictures to give me more shots to edit.
